Odoo Developer

We're looking for a solid Odoo Developer — not a configurator, a builder. Someone who can write clean custom modules from scratch and knows Odoo's internals well enough to support backend developers integrating Odoo APIs with external and custom-built applications.

This is a hands-on technical role. If you need a drag-and-drop wizard to get things done, this isn't for you.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain custom Odoo modules tailored to business requirements
• Write clean, well-structured Python code following Odoo's ORM and framework conventions
• Expose and consume Odoo APIs (XML-RPC / JSON-RPC) for integration with third-party and custom software
• Support backend developers in understanding and working with Odoo's API layer
• Debug, optimize, and maintain existing Odoo customizations

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo module development
• Solid Python skills — OOP, Odoo ORM, computed fields, wizards, controllers
• Experience building Odoo integrations with external apps via API
• Ability to read and understand existing Odoo source code
• Someone who takes ownership and works independently

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
