Accountant Receivable

Job Purpose: The accounting personnel will manage financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, prepare financial reports, and assist in budgeting, audits, and tax-related matters. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles and real estate financials, supporting management in financial decision-making. Job Responsibilities: o Handle AR/AP, vendor payments, and client invoicing o Perform account, bank, and intercompany reconciliations o Maintain general ledger and assist in month-end closings o Prepare financial reports and MIS o Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements o Support in cash flow management and forecasting
Qualifications & Skills: Education: CA / ACCA / CPA or relevant finance qualification Experience: 4-6 years of experience within the Finance & Accounts
Technical Skills: a. Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) b. Proficient in ERP systems and Excel c. Detail-oriented with strong analytical Soft Skills: Adaptive, proactive, and deadline-driven & excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
