Collection Manager

A leading Holding Company in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Collection Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the company’s collections process and outstanding receivables
  • Prepare financial reports and support finance-related operations
  • Follow up with clients and ensure timely collection of payments
  • Coordinate with internal finance teams and senior management
  • Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring effective recovery processes
  • Monitor collection performance and provide regular status updates

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
  • Prior experience with Big 4 firms is required
  • Strong background in collections and finance reporting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong personality with the ability to handle high-level stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage pressure effectively
