A leading Holding Company in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Collection Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the company’s collections process and outstanding receivables
- Prepare financial reports and support finance-related operations
- Follow up with clients and ensure timely collection of payments
- Coordinate with internal finance teams and senior management
- Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring effective recovery processes
- Monitor collection performance and provide regular status updates
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
- Prior experience with Big 4 firms is required
- Strong background in collections and finance reporting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong personality with the ability to handle high-level stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage pressure effectively
