Position: Collections Officer
Key Responsibilities

Verify repair request documentation for all departments of company in line with MOH requirements.

Submit repair requests to the concerned MOH department and monitor approval status.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely repair completion and obtain signed documents.

Prepare and submit invoices to MOH and follow up for the payments.

Manage and track annual supply and repair contracts for the Biomedical department.

Coordinate with departments and logistics to collect delivery notes and FSRs for contract-related activities.

Ensure accurate invoice preparation and submission to MOH for all supply and repair contracts.

Follow up with MOH to secure timely transfer of contract payments.

Maintain organized records of repair requests, contracts, invoices, and MOH approvals.

Liaise with MOH officials and internal teams to resolve pending approvals or payment delays.
Qualifications
-
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
-
4–5 years of relevant experience in collections.
Required Skills

Strong communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.

Ability to handle large volumes of contracts and documentation with accuracy.
