Collection Officer

A collection officer is responsible for overseeing the collection of payments related to property sales, ensure timely follow-up with clients, accurate account monitoring, and effective resolution of outstanding balances in accordance with company policies and contractual terms.

• Track outstanding payments from clients and ensure timely collection of dues
• Contact clients via calls, emails.. to follow up on overdue payments.
• Coordinate with the finance team to confirm receipt of payments.
• Coordinate with the finance team to confirm receipt of payments.
• Ensure proper allocation of payments to respective accounts and projects.
• Address client concerns or disputes related to billing and payment
• Prepare collection report

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Russian language speaker is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
