Collection Officer

We are currently looking to recruit a Collection Officer to strengthen our collections follow-up process and support the Credit Control Manager.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on collections experience in Qatar
• Experience within a large group handling both B2B and B2C collections is highly preferred

Salary Package:

• Gross Package: QAR 5,000 – 6,500

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up on overdue payments and expedite collections efficiently
• Coordinate with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment schedules
• Support the Credit Control Manager in daily collections activities
• Maintain professional relationships with customers while ensuring timely recovery of dues
• Prepare collection reports and updates as required
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up records are maintained

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of the Qatar market and local business practices
• Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets
