Collection Officer (Development)

As we continue to grow and launch new projects, we are looking for a Collection Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accurate records of collection activities and outstanding accounts.
• Liaise with internal teams to reconcile accounts and track payments.
• Prepare and submit regular collection and aging reports for management.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all collection-related correspondence.
• Implement and follow collection policies and procedures.
• Manage overdue accounts, arrange debt repayments, and establish repayment schedules.
• Provide regular updates on the status of unpaid accounts and repayment progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
