Collection Officer (Real Estate Developer)

We are looking for a Collections officer to assist with the collection of outstanding debts .

Job Description:

• Manage assigned customer accounts to ensure prompt collection of overdue payments
• Negotiate payment solutions with customers while preserving positive, long-term relationships
• Conduct calls, email correspondence, and in-person meetings.
• Achieve and consistently exceed individual collection targets and KPIs set by management
• Prepare and maintain accurate collection reports, including aging analysis and payment forecasts

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field.
• Previous 2-3 yrs of UAE experience with Real Estate Developer
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Real Estate law
• Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
• Patience and resilience.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per hour
