Job Description:

Gentleman Chit Funds Company India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and responsible Collection and Sales Officer to join our team in Kaloor, Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer collections, driving sales, and maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily customer collections and ensure timely payments.
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain good rapport with clients.
• Promote company products and achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports on field activities.
• Support the branch in achieving overall performance and revenue goals.

Requirements:

• Education: SSLC / Plus Two
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in collections or sales (preferred in financial services or chit fund sector)
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong customer relationship management
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
• Other Requirements:
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Must be able to work in person at Kaloor, Ernakulam
