ClearPath Recovery Management LLC is seeking Experienced Collections/Call Center Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in collections or call center environments who are comfortable handling customer communications and working performance-driven accounts.

Position Overview
As a Collections Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts, working toward resolutions while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and full compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding past-due accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and account resolutions
• Accurately document call activity and update account information
• Meet or exceed call, productivity, and performance goals
• Adhere to all compliance guidelines and company policies

Qualifications

• Prior collections or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage objections and remain professional
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using call software, CRM systems, and basic computer programs

• Competitive hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses
