Collections Analyst

3 COLLECTIONS ANALYSTS NEEDED for a company that combines engineering, sales, and support services to meet the operational needs of manufacturing and logistics clients.

Company: Industrial services and equipment.

Location: Northwest Houston, TX 77066

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000

Collections Analyst (3 Openings)

• Responsible for managing accounts receivable and monitor AR aging reports
• Contacting customers regarding past-due balances.
• Resolving billing discrepancies.
• Monitors customer accounts, posts payments, and ensures timely collections while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers regarding past due payments via email, phone calls and customer portals.
• Credit/Debit Memo creation and application
• Reconcile customer accounts.

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in AR or credit/collections
• Good knowledge of AR processes, credit management, and collection practices
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
