Collections Legal Assistant

Kaye Bender Rembaum P.L. is a large Community Association practice located in Pompano Beach, FL. The Firm is looking to hire immediately a Legal Assistant for our Community Association Collections Department. Excellent working environment, competitive salary, health care benefits and 401k.

Must live within a reasonable distance to Pompano Beach office.

Must have Collection Experience.

Pay rate $25.00 per hour.

Law firm experience is a plus but not a requirement.

Requirements:

*Ability to think independently with assigned tasks.

*Able to track and follow-up status on multiple cases simultaneously.

*Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy when posting information in case files and ledger.

*Strong organizational skills needed to maintain accurate records and documentation for files.

*Manage daily/weekly/monthly task calendar for large volume of files.

*Ability to work closely with others in a team environment.

*Professional and courteous interaction with clients.

*Proficiency with WordPerfect, Word and Microsoft Outlook programs.
