Solodar & Solodar was founded in 1979, and specializes in collecting delinquent accounts on behalf of HOAs, medical practices, building suppliers, and landlords. We are currently seeking candidates with experience in a legal office setting, a keen eye for detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, the ability to work independently and accurately to meet deadlines and self-motivated.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, assisting with incoming phone calls, skip tracing, and preparing court work for the General District Courts.
Skills and Abilities:
The Ideal candidate must be a self starter who has experience with the General District Court and knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). JST software experience is a plus.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but high school diploma accepted with some college or equivalent work experience.
- 2 + years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Paralegal, preferably in a law firm environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner.
