We are looking for a Collections Officer / Coordinator with experience in the construction or infrastructure industryto join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely payment collections from clients and consultants, in coordination with the business development and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with business development and finance teams to track billing and collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and client interactions.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, payment certificates, and supporting documents.
  • Escalate unresolved collection issues with recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Provide regular collection status reports.
  • Draft reminder letters and collection-related correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
