Collections Officer (UAE national)

Job Title: Collections Officer – UAE National
Location: Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Collections Officer (UAE National) for a reputable company based in Jumeirah, Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments
• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer accounts
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment issues
• Prepare collection reports and payment status updates
• Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and customers

Requirements:

• UAE National with Family Book
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
• Previous experience in collections, customer service, or finance is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
