Job Summary:
The College Campus Manager oversees all academic, training, and operational functions to ensure the effective delivery of institutional educational standards. This role leads faculty, administrative, and support teams to achieve high-quality learning outcomes and an excellent student experience, while ensuring full compliance with institutional policies, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage all academic, administrative, and operational functions to ensure efficient daily campus operations and achievement of institutional objectives.
- Oversee all campus departments, ensuring adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of academic delivery, student services, and training quality in collaboration with department heads.
- Drive student admissions, retention, and satisfaction through effective marketing, engagement, and student support strategies.
- Manage campus budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation to ensure financial sustainability.
- Oversee campus facilities, safety, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in a well-reputed college or university
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in a relevant field. Master degree will be prefered.
- Proven experience as a campus manager in any reputeable college or university.
- Prior experience in managing faculty, administrative, and operational teams
