Willow Street Pictures is offering a college credit internship for students who are currently enrolled in a college or university and eligible to receive academic credit through their institution.

This opportunity is designed specifically as an academic learning experience. Applicants who are not able to receive college credit through their school will not be considered.

About the Experience

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure inside a luxury fine art portrait studio, where storytelling, visual artistry, and brand experience come together.

Rather than a typical job role, this is a guided learning environment where you will observe, participate, and develop real-world skills in social media, content creation, and digital storytelling.

You’ll gain insight into how a professional creative brand translates real client experiences into meaningful digital content.

What You’ll Experience

As a Social Media and Content Creation Intern, you will be introduced to the full lifecycle of content inside a working studio.

Your experience may include:

• Observing how portrait sessions are translated into social media storytelling
• Capturing behind-the-scenes moments that reveal the creative process
• Assisting in the creation of short-form video and visual content
• Learning how captions and messaging are crafted to reflect a refined brand voice
• Preparing content for publishing across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube
• Gaining exposure to content planning, organization, and scheduling
• Understanding how engagement and performance are reviewed

You will collaborate with a small creative team, including photographers, video interns, and marketing interns, gaining perspective across multiple areas of the business.

Who This Is For

This experience is best suited for students who:

• Are currently enrolled in college and eligible for academic internship credit
• Are studying Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field
• Have a genuine interest in social media, branding, and storytelling
• Enjoy creative environments involving photography, video, or design
• Are thoughtful, detail-oriented, and open to learning
• Have reliable transportation to our Harleysville studio

Preferred (Not Required)

• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
• Basic experience with photo or video editing tools
• Experience creating content for personal, school, or organization accounts
