Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, production teams, and clients to understand color specifications and requirements.
• Conduct color matching tests using advanced tools and techniques to achieve accurate color reproduction.
• Manage color sample libraries, ensuring all references are current and well-organized.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality color materials.
• Document color matching procedures, results, and adjustments for future reference.
• Provide training and support to team members on color matching techniques and best practices.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure product colors align with branding guidelines.

Experience

• Proven experience in color matching within industries such as manufacturing, textiles, cosmetics, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of material properties that influence color perception.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments requiring precision and attention to detail.
• Prior involvement in event marketing or product launches involving visual presentation is a plus.
