The Role
Position Title: Color Specialist Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: Company laptop and mobile phone Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A UAE-based company and one of the largest paint manufacturers in the Middle East, offering a wide range of decorative, industrial, marine, powder, and eco-friendly coatings. Job Description: • Develop and implement color strategies that enhance aesthetics, reinforce brand identity, and align with current and emerging market trends. • Provide expert consultation to clients, architects, designers, and internal teams by applying color theory, psychology, and systems (NCS, Pantone) across industries. • Research, forecast, and manage color collections including shade cards, digital tools, and trend-based palettes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and innovation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, sales, marketing) to integrate color effectively into product development, branding, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements
- Open to Male Arabic national, 30 years old and below • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Design, Fine Arts, Color Science, or Interior Design (Master’s degree is a plus) • At least 3–5 years in color consulting, design, branding, or paints/coatings, with strong knowledge of color theory and psychology. • Proficient in color systems (NCS, Pantone, RAL, etc.); creative, client-focused, commercially aware, and collaborative.
