Your experience will include:
Hands-On Learning & Impactful Work: Tackle real business challenges, collaborate across teams, and contribute ideas that drive results from day one.
Community, Connection & Giving Back: Build meaningful relationships through social events, peer engagement, and shared experiences. You’ll also have the opportunity to give back through Team UP, Comcast’s volunteer initiative, deepening your connection to both your community and your fellow students.
Mentorship & Support: Receive guidance from experienced professionals through our dedicated mentorship program, helping you navigate your co-op and beyond.
Professional Development: Participate in a custom onboarding experience, a curated learning series, and networking events designed to help you build new skills, explore career paths, and gain insights from professionals from across the organization.

Organization & Team Overview
Comcast’s Impact and Inclusion (I&I) Team is dedicated to harnessing the power of our platforms and our people to create positive change. Through inclusive leadership and by supporting our teams and local communities, we strive to help build a better world where everyone has access to the resources and opportunities necessary to thrive.
The ERG Strategy Team supports Comcast’s national Employee Resource Group (ERG) Program, specifically providing governance, national resources, and program management across the enterprise to cultivate an environment of inclusion and respect.
Our team interacts with several stakeholders, and the co-op would work directly with the broader Impact & Inclusion Team, field Human Resources Teams, and other senior leaders across the enterprise.
Role Description
The ERG Strategy Co-op is an integral part of the team and supports our work by liaising with chapter leaders from across our enterprise, amplifying national ERG events and reviewing applications for event funding.
Strategic projects this role would support include maintenance and informing enhancements of the national ERG events management tool, review of the ERG funding application process and porta, and gathering feedback on user experiences for both technologies. The co-op would support team operations and project management using sanctioned tools for tracking large initiatives and ensuring deliverables are timely across the team.
Given our fast-paced team environment, our co-op will experience many events and programs throughout their 6-month tenure. We take a ‘one team’ approach, so the ERG Strategy Co-op will get to support and experience other Impact & Inclusion major activations, including summits, volunteerism events, and sponsored programs.
