Key Responsibilities

Handle and manage all commercial documents including contracts, agreements, proposals, and renewals.

Maintain direct communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.

Support the sales & commercial team with day-to-day operations and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all documentation and processes are aligned.

Track contract timelines, expirations, and ensure timely follow-up with clients.

Prepare and update commercial reports, summaries, and documentation logs.

Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting existing accounts.

Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Commercial or Account Management (preferred).

Strong communication and client-handling skills.

Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Professional English communication (written & verbal).
