About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Commercial Admin to support our commercial operations within VIVA Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must be excellent in Excel, capable of handling data with accuracy, and confident in managing follow-ups with local suppliers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth administrative and commercial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, compile, and organize commercial data for reporting and management presentations.
- Maintain and update Excel databases and trackers with high accuracy.
- Follow up with local suppliers regarding pending payments and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of commercial workflows.
- Support the commercial team with administrative tasks and required documentation.
- Ensure all records, supplier files, and commercial documents are up to date.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, Formatting, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage follow-ups and communication with suppliers.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to prepare clear presentations.
- Previous experience in admin, commercial support, or data coordination is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
· Candidate must be currently in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.

Salary: SAR 6,000 per month
