Commercial Sales Representative

Overview:

The Commercial Sales Representative will deliver sales growth and drive growth of Jet Fuel Sales within the Commercial Airline Portfolio. This role is responsible for maintaining current customer portfolio while developing new business opportunities for Commercial Airlines and Large Fleet Operations. The role will include strengthening customer relationships with our commercial accounts, building and fostering relationships with suppliers, and building the Titan Aviation Fuels brand within the 650 + FBO Network.


Key Responsibilities :  

  • Develop and manage robust sales pipeline, increasing qualified opportunities while driving revenue growth.
  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and pipeline development initiatives.
  • Direct all phases of the sales cycle, ensuring seamless progression from prospecting to contract close.
  • Monitor market conditions, supply availability, and pricing trends to develop competitive and timely proposals.
  • Built and maintained strong relationships with commercial airline fuel buyers, procurement teams, and aviation operations personnel to support long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, credit, and leadership teams to ensure seamless and reliable execution.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing accounts by responding promptly to customer needs and resolving issues with professionalism.
  • Manage sales opportunities for RFP Process and unsolicited proposals with an aim of a high-win rate as possible
  •  Maximize CRM utilization by accurately capturing, tracking, and updating all sales opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver pricing proposals, customer forecasts, sales reports, and account performance updates as needed for leadership teams and sales pipeline.
  • Represent Titan Aviation Fuels at industry meetings, airport visits, and aviation events to support relationship building and business growth.
  • Ensure all commercial activities align with company policies, credit requirements, and applicable industry regulations.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of experience in aviation fuel sales, commercial fuel marketing, or procurement
  •  Experience working with Commercial Airlines, Fuel Suppliers, FBOs, or Aviation Logistics preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Solid understanding of the Aviation Fuel Market, Pricing Methodology, Airport fueling operations, and supply chain dynamics
  • Ability to analyze pricing, yield margin management, and customer opportunity.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to Travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Existing relationships with Airline Procurement or Fuel Supply Teams
  • Familiarity with Jet-A and Jet-A1 fuel specifications
  • Experience with Contract Negotiations, Credit Review, and Account Profitability
  • Knowledge of aviation fuel scheduling, storage management, and delivery coordination

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, aviation, marketing, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
