The Commercial Analyst (Private Label) is constantly engaged in supporting the most critical initiatives and mitigating the most challenging risks across both commercial and operational fronts. This role requires
outstanding analytical amp; problem-solving skills, a result-oriented mindset, bias for action and the ability to hit the ground running.
Roles & Responsibilities

:Analyze business performance using a variety of methodologies, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

.Utilize hypothesis-driven problem-solving to address both tactical and strategic challenges, develop actionable recommendations, and ensure alignment on priorities with key stakeholders

.Design and execute multi-disciplinary initiatives, managing the full lifecycle from concept and planning through implementation, impact assessment, and achieving measurable results

.Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of strategies, fostering effective communication and alignment on business objectives

.Continuously monitor market trends, internal performance, and industry benchmarks to refine strategies and stay ahead of competitive dynamics

.Present insights and progress updates to stakeholders, driving informed decision-making and organizational buy-in
.REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL

SBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus

.2+ years of experience in business analysis, or a related role

.Strong proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies

.Proven experience in hypothesis-driven problem-solving and delivering actionable recommendations

.Track record of managing multi-disciplinary initiatives from planning to successful execution and impact evaluation

.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration

.Proficiency in data visualization tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
