A leading engineering consultancy in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly experienced Commercial and Contract Manager to support major construction and infrastructure projects.

Job Description

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of assigned projects.
• Administer contracts and handle variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, budgets, and project commercial objectives.
• Provide commercial guidance to project teams and senior management.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders on contractual matters.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Minimum 16 years of experience in the engineering and construction sector.
• Proven experience working with engineering consultancy firms and supervision projects.
• Strong background in commercial management and contract administration for construction projects.
• Solid knowledge of contracts, claims management, variations, and cost control.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia
• Valid and transferable Iqama is required.
