Commercial - Assistant Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point of contact for property maintenance and tenant questions.
• Support tenant proposals, renewals, and negotiation processes.
• Assist in managing tenant build-outs and vendor maintenance.
• Review, maintain, and update tenant and building documentation.
• Assist in reviewing, maintaining, and updating property operating budgets.
• Assist in updating and maintaining property licenses.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and reporting as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience assisting with property management; commercial warehouse/industrial highly desired: including property maintenance, tenant improvements, answering tenant queries, contracts & administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; including Excel.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Outstanding multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate $27.50 - $33.00 per hour + comprehensive benefits package included
