Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business owners, investors, and property owners to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Analyze market trends and property data to provide clients with informed advice and strategic recommendations.
  • Negotiate and structure deals that align with clients' goals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of commercial real estate opportunities to achieve consistent sales results.
  • Collaborate with team members and mentors to enhance your skills and expand your industry knowledge.
  • Utilize company systems and tools to streamline processes and improve client service delivery.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase commercial assets to potential buyers and tenants.
Qualifications:
  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
  • Experience in commercial real estate sales, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and property data to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and structuring deals that align with clients' goals.
  • Strong skills in managing a pipeline of opportunities to achieve consistent sales results.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with team members and mentors to enhance skills.
