Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Negotiate property sales and lease agreements to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to effectively promote commercial properties.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for successful deal closures.
  • Utilize our proven systems to manage and grow a robust pipeline of potential clients and deals effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities with a proactive and strategic approach.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
  • Skilled in conducting thorough market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Proficiency in negotiating property sales and lease agreements to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to effectively promote commercial properties.
