Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Commercial Associate to support our buying and merchandising operations. The ideal candidate will manage supplier coordination, product data accuracy, pricing updates, and promotional support while ensuring smooth communication between stores, suppliers, and the commercial team
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers on product availability, purchase orders, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate SKU data, pricing updates, and product-related documentation.
- Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolution.
- Support basic sales and stock analysis to help the commercial team take quick decisions.
- Prepare and update commercial trackers, reports, and promotional activity briefs.
- Liaise with store teams regarding product issues and promotional execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial, merchandising, buying, or procurement (retail/FMCG preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in Arabic and English for daily coordination with suppliers and store teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Available to join within 1–2 weeks.
