The Position
A well-established organization operating in the construction and infrastructure space is seeking a commercial attorney to support business enablement and complex contracting initiatives. This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated procurement and project delivery agreements across a range of structures, as well as creating legal templates, playbooks, and risk matrices. The attorney will also partner closely with operations, leadership, estimators, and business development teams to provide training and practical guidance on legal risk and compliance matters. Experience with construction or infrastructure contracts and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment are key.
ASAP start, 20-40 hours/week, fully remote role with a preference for East Coast-based candidates. 3-month duration with potential to extend.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $107 and $115. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
