Royal Smart Limousine (RSL) is Dubai’s premier provider of luxury and executive transportation services. We serve a distinguished clientele, including top-tier hospitality brands, government bodies, embassies, VIP travelers, and leading corporate institutions. As we scale our commercial operations, we are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Commercial Broker to drive strategic growth through high-value partnerships and B2B contract acquisition.
Position Overview:
The Commercial Broker will lead enterprise-level sales efforts, broker strategic fleet partnerships, and manage a portfolio of high-value clients. The ideal candidate is an experienced commercial sales leader with a deep network across industries such as hospitality, transportation, events, or real estate, and a proven ability to close complex, revenue-generating deals.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Strategic Sales
- Proactively identify, target, and secure B2B opportunities with luxury hotels, DMCs, embassies, event organizers, and corporate institutions.
- Develop tailored transportation solutions that align with client needs and budgets.
- Present proposals and negotiate long-term commercial agreements with C-level decision-makers.
- Attend industry expos, networking events, and client meetings to strengthen business presence.
2. Commercial Brokerage Operations
- Act as a liaison between clients and vehicle vendors for short-term fleet sourcing or custom service needs.
- Build and manage relationships with third-party suppliers and negotiate optimal pricing terms.
- Oversee the full transaction lifecycle including client requirements, vendor selection, agreement execution, invoicing, and follow-up service.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and account retention.
- Conduct performance reviews and client audits to identify opportunities for upselling or service optimization.
- Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally, maintaining strong long-term partnerships.
4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Input
- Monitor trends in luxury mobility, corporate transportation, and regional market shifts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create B2B lead-generation campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Advise senior leadership on pricing models, service innovation, and competitive positioning.
5. Sales Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate CRM data on deals, accounts, and pipeline metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Ensure all deals comply with UAE commercial regulations, RSL policies, and client confidentiality standards.
Candidate Requirements:Experience
- 5–10 years in B2B sales, commercial brokerage, or enterprise business development.
- Prior experience in transportation, hospitality, fleet leasing, or luxury services is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in closing large contracts and managing strategic partnerships.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. MBA preferred.
Languages
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Additional languages (e.g., Russian, French, Hindi) are a plus.
Licensing
- Valid UAE Driving License required.
- Must be comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and attending industry events.
