About the Role

The Commercial Business Operations Director is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving commercial performance, governance, and execution excellence across the business. This role ensures alignment between sales strategy, operational processes, and revenue growth initiatives while enabling data-driven decision-making and scalable commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead commercial operations strategy to support revenue growth and profitability
• Drive pipeline governance, forecasting accuracy, and performance tracking
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams to optimize end-to-end commercial processes
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and performance metrics
• Lead sales planning cycles including target setting, territory planning, and incentive alignment
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Provide executive insights through dashboards, reporting, and business analytics
• Support deal structuring, pricing strategies, and commercial decision support
• Oversee commercial tools, CRM optimization, and operational best practices
• Lead transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability
