Position Overview

Swearr Corporation is a high-performing, performance-driven FedEx Custom Critical contractor known for strict compliance, white glove service excellence, and operating under the highest FedEx Custom Critical safety and service expectations.

We are hiring experienced CDL Class A or B drivers with Hazmat endorsement for straight truck operations based in Wayne, NJ.

This position supports local cartage and white glove freight requiring disciplined execution, precision handling, and professional customer interaction.

This is not an entry-level driving position. We are seeking experienced drivers who operate with accountability, safety discipline, and consistent performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate company straight truck with liftgate
• Handle touch freight and inside deliveries when required
• Transport expedited and Hazmat freight
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation
• Follow all HOS and safety regulations
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
• Meet strict delivery timelines
• Maintain clean and professional equipment standards

Clean driving record is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate a strong safety history with no major violations, as this role operates under strict FedEx Custom Critical compliance standards.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A or B
• Hazmat endorsement (required)
• Clean MVR
• Clean background
• Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
• Experience with liftgate and palletized freight strongly preferred
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• High reliability and punctuality
• Candidates will undergo a compliance and safety review prior to onboarding
• Professional references may be requested

Schedule

• Based in Wayne, NJ
• Early morning dispatch
• Local cartage lanes
• Home daily
• Monday–Friday typical schedule
• Weekend work based on freight demand
• Steady FedEx Custom Critical freight

Compensation

$250.00 - $350.00 per day gross

• Weekly direct deposit
