The Opportunity

You’ll have the freedom to manage your workflow while enjoying the stability of steady assignments, an experienced support team, and access to industry-leading data resources.

What You’ll Do

• Develop credible, well-supported appraisal reports for a wide range of commercial property types
• Analyze market data, verify comparables, and apply sound valuation methodologies
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines with the support of our in-house administrative and accounting teams
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to maintain the highest professional and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Certified General Appraiser License (active and in good standing) in North Carolina and/or South Carolina
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and standard appraisal software
