Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are spotless and sanitized according to company standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock levels are low.
• Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all assigned areas.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures related to janitorial work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
