Commercial Cleaner

Job Overview
Dremmakers Cleaning is hiring a commercial cleaner to clean 2 businesses a night Monday through Thursday 5 hrs a night , total 20 hrs per week. Pay starts at 13/hr weekly paychecks. Most have own vehicle, be reliable, show up to work everyday, able to work independently, pass a criminal background check and drug test. If interested submit resume or contact us.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to meet health and safety standards
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency and quality
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Use environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible to promote sustainability

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to office buildings, retail spaces, or industrial facilities is advantageous
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality assurance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols
