Position Overview: Professional Building Maintenance is seeking a professional, self-motivated individual to join our team in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. This individual will have a diverse set of duties to include:

• Providing coverage for day porter absences in the area
• Delivering of supplies to client facilities around NE Ohio
• Repairing vacuums (vast mechanical knowledge is NOT required)
• Laundering of mop heads and cleaning cloths

This is a 1st shift Monday - Friday position with hours in the range of 10:00am - 6:00pm. It will have a pay range of $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. This can be a PART-TIME or FULL-TIME position. A company owned vehicle is provided during work hours.

The successful candidate will have prior cleaning experience, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, willing to take an annual TB test and MUST pass a criminal background screen.
