Commercial Cleaning Technician

Overview
The Commercial Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing high-quality cleaning services in commercial environments such as offices, apartment complexes, medical facilities, retail spaces, and other business properties. Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, lobbies, and other designated areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors using manual and powered equipment.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and office equipment.
• Clean interior glass, mirrors, and surfaces.
• Replenish consumables like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Handle special projects such as deep cleans, carpet cleaning, or move-out services.
• Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Communicate any repair needs, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year commercial cleaning experience required.
• Has own Cleaning Tool and supplies.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites in Columbus and surrounding areas.
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts as needed.
• Good communication skills and professional attitude.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass background check.

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time or Full-time available
• Hourly pay starting at $30 per hour
• Higher pay available for Lead Cleaner or Supervisor roles based on experience and responsibilities
• Opportunities for overtime during peak seasons
