Job Overview

Agile Construction is hiring experienced construction professionals for a commercial renovation and alteration project at Norfolk International Airport (ORF).

We are seeking Journeyman-level tradesmen with 2–4+ years of experience who are comfortable working in an active commercial job site.

This is a team-based project environment where safety, reliability, and productivity are essential.

Positions AvailableJourneyman Construction Trades (2–4+ Years Experience)

Trades may include:

• Mechanical (HVAC and Commercial Kitchen Hood) / Electrical / Plumbing
• Metal stud framing
• Drywall installation and finishing
• Tile installation
• Millwork / finish carpentry
• Commercial carpentry

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled construction and installation work
• Assist with layout, framing, drywall, and finishing tasks
• Work from construction drawings when needed
• Install commercial finishes including tile, millwork, and wall systems
• Coordinate with other trades on-site
• Maintain jobsite safety and productivity

Requirements

• 2–4+ years commercial construction experience
• Experience in at least one of the following:
• Mechanical (HVAC and Commercial Kitchen Hood) / Electrical / Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Framing
• Drywall
• Tile
• Finish work
• Must be able to pass airport security clearance
• OSHA certification preferred
• Reliable transportation

Compensation

• $26 – $40 per hour depending on experience
