Commercial Construction Superintendent

My client, a well respected Tennessee General Contractor whos been around for over 30 years, is looking to add a Commercial Superintendent to their team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day construction site operations
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain schedules
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Uphold jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations
• Maintain effective communication with owners, architects, and project managers
• Utilize digital project management tools (Procore experience preferred)

Qualifications:

• Proven track record managing commercial construction projects
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Effective communicator with subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders
• Proficient in online project management systems
• Demonstrates strong ethics, integrity, and character—committed to doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between 120k-190k
