As a Commercial Consultant , you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients in the commercial real estate sector, including office spaces, retail properties, industrial units, and mixed-use developments. You will engage with a range of stakeholders, such as investors, business owners, developers, and tenants, to understand their needs and deliver customized real estate solutions. But let’s be upfront - this isn’t a typical 9-to-5. This role is commission-based, meaning you’ll need to be financially prepared to start building your career. It’s not easy, but if you’re committed and hungry for success, the rewards will be significant!

What we’re looking for:

• Proactive individuals - Strong attention to detail, problem-solvers & disciplined
• Sales experience & transferrable skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets - Commercial experience is a plus!
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A valid UAE Driving License (or can easily convert) is mandatory.
• Fluency in English (Fluency in Arabic is a bonus)
