The Role
- They should have a strong grasp of property management, sales, and purchase regulations. someone who can manage rental units and represent landlords effectively. Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent. • Professional certification in real estate brokerage or related field (for example a brokerage licence or accreditation). • Age: between 28 and 38 years. • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the UAE real estate market (residential / commercial) with proven sales/lease success. • Strong understanding of the local Sharjah & UAE property market (free zones, residential developments, leasing, sales). • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus. • Customer-oriented attitude, professional presentation, high integrity and self-motivation.Identify, prospect and generate leads (buyers, sellers, tenants). • Show and present properties to clients, highlight features and benefits. • Negotiate terms of sale/lease, prepare contracts in coordination with legal/finance team.
Requirements
- Candidate with 5-7 years of real estate experience in the UAE, fluent in both Arabic and English. Ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate deals, close contracts and follow up post-sale/lease. • Familiarity with CRM / real-estate software or willingness to learn. • Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel within emirate. Desirable (but not mandatory): • Certification from a recognised real-estate body in UAE or region (e.g., real-estate brokerage course). • Fluency in Arabic and English. • Previous experience with free-zone real estate or investment properties. • Network of contacts / clientele in Sharjah or Dubai area. • Knowledge of UAE property/lease law and regulation
