Commercial / Contract Manager

We are currently seeking talented Commercial / Contract Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance.
• Review and certify contractor interim payment applications and variations.
• Evaluate claims, extension of time submissions, and contractual entitlements.
• Manage change control processes and cost impact assessments.
• Review and negotiate contractual and commercial matters with contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with contract conditions and commercial procedures.
• Prepare commercial reports, cost forecasts, and management updates.
• Support procurement, tender evaluations, and contract administration activities.
• Lead and supervise the commercial team to ensure effective delivery of commercial and contractual services throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Total 15 yrs and Minimum 12 years of overall experience in construction and contract administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Commercial Manager role on large-scale building, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control, valuation, change management, claims, and final accounts.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices.
• Proficient in commercial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
