Commercial & Contracts Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial and Contract Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost control, contracts administration, claims management, and ensuring the financial performance of projects in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow
• Handle variations, claims, and final accounts
• Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, and finance teams
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies
• Prepare commercial reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Engineering ( MANDATORY )
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in commercial management within construction
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
• UAE experience is mandatory
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
