Job Title: Commercial Coordinator

Directly Reporting To: Regional Sales Director GCC

Location: Bahrain Financial Harbour

Hours: 48 hours/6 days

Renumeration: From BHD450.000 depending on experience

Job Summary:

Support the Commercial and Senior teams in executive administrative tasks relating to systems, customers, organisation, communication, travel and data entry.

Key Accountabilities:

• Day to day administration of CRM systems and databases
• Documentation filing and coordination as required
• Keep up to date records of commercial activity and communications
• Provide data reports when requested
• Perform adhoc administrative task to support the Regional and International Commercial Managers as well as Senior Management Team
• Provide support to the wider commercial team with administrative assistance
• Greet visiting clients and assist in client meetings
• Support in the preparation of quotes and presentations
• Answer calls with a professional phone manner and direct queries to the best of your abilities
• Undertake tasks given to by the management team in a proactive and timely manner
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including telephony, printer, computer, copy machine, scanner.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers

Key Competencies

• At least 1 year’s experience in an executive administrative position, ideally in FMCG, B2B sales.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Well organised and self-disciplined
• Computer literate with strong MS Office skills
• A great communicator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From BD450.000 per month
