We are looking for a Commercial Department Specialist (Sales Support) for our company operating in the Medical sector, for which we are providing consultancy services;
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Specialist to support our commercial operations, including pricing, supplier and customer communication, project and quality documentation and tracking. The role plays a key part in both medical turnkey and medical UN projects.
This position is for our client located in Ayazağa/Sarıyer.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage pricing activities, including preparation of price lists and commercial offers.

Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, proposals, qualityand compliance-related materials.

Track and report on commercial activities, timelines, and deliverables for ongoing projects.

Ensure all quality and regulatory documentation is collected on time, archived, and aligned with project requirements.

Effectively handle diverse products and projects in parallel across multiple portfolios.
-
Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any commercial issues.

Work closely with and support internal departments such as purchasing, project, logistics, finance, and regulatory to ensure timely and accurate information flow.

Assist in the implementation and improvement of commercial processes and tools.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.

3–5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, or project assistance with in the medical or healthcare industry

Advanced Excel skills, including cost modeling, data comparison, and complex formulas

Proficient in English (written and spoken); Russian language skills are a strong advantage

Familiarity with BoQs, RFQs, public procurement, and tender documentation is highly desirable

Solid understanding of medical, laboratory, and technical products; exposure to UN or NGO-led projects is a plus

Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP)

Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail with organizational capabilities
