Commercial Development & Sales Operation Manager

Job Purpose

The Commercial Development & Sales Operation Manager is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by optimizing sales processes, enabling high-performing sales teams, and identifying new business opportunities. This role bridges strategy and execution by providing data-driven insights, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the development and expansion of strategic partnerships, markets, and customer segments.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Operations:

  • Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, and performance tracking to support business objectives
  • Develop, manage, and audit sales processes, controls, and operational standards
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, dashboards, and insights for management decision-making
  • Oversee sales data integrity, CRM management, and reporting accuracy
  • Drive continuous development and improvement of sales operations systems and processes
  • Support budgeting, target setting, and sales performance evaluation

Business Development Support:

  • Assist in identifying growth opportunities within existing and new markets
  • Support business development initiatives through data-driven insights and operational planning
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to strengthen go-to-market execution
  • Provide operational support for key accounts, promotions, and channel strategies

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and leadership teams
  • Act as a key coordination point to ensure alignment between sales plans and operational execution
  • Support audits, reviews, and performance meetings with cross-functional teams


Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field

· 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations and/or Business Development

· Strong experience in the FMCG industry

· Proven expertise in forecasting, planning, auditing, reporting, and operational development

· High level of proficiency in sales operations tools and CRM systems

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders

· Highly skilled in sales operations with a strong analytical mindset

· Dynamic, flexible, and adaptable to changing business needs

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
