Develop, oversee and control Nilewood Co. commercial practices to support the company business expansion plans domestically, regionally and globally & help achieving its short, medium- and long-term objectives.
Job description:
Area (1) Participates in developing and achieving growth attributes and revenue generation:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Nilewood.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally, to expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and suppliers.
-
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with the Sales Planning Manager to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and strategies.
Area (2) Effectively manages and controls the business development activities by:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and market trends.

Lead negotiations and contract discussions with customers, suppliers, and partners.

Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to develop new product offerings and improve existing products.

Evaluate and recommend potential strategic partnerships or acquisitions to drive business growth.
Area (3) Leads and controls all the marketing analysis, strategy, and branding initiatives by:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness.

Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and online content.

Coordinate marketing campaigns, trade shows, and industry events to promote Nilewood.

Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Provide guidance and support to the Sales Planning Manager in analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
Area (4) Effectively lead the client relationship management by:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the Sales Planning Manager to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.

Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Work closely with the Sales Planning Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination between the sales team and clients. Area (5) Leads and controls all contract negotiations with Nilewood's customers by:

Lead negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.

Review and approve contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.

Collaborate with the Sales Planning Manager, legal, and finance teams to mitigate risks and optimize contract terms.

Provide guidance and support to the Sales Planning Manager in contract negotiations and contract management. Area (6) Manages and develops the Commercial staff by:

Lead and manage the sales team, including the Sales Planning Manager, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.

Set sales targets and KPIs and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met.

Collaborate with the Sales Planning Manager to develop sales strategies, initiatives, and action plans.

Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, provide support, and address challenges.
Skills and Qualifications:

University degree in business or management is the minimum academic requirement.
-
Post graduate studies in management; marketing or sales management or related field is an asset.
-
Experience: (15:20 years) in the field of Commercial.

With minimum 8 years in managerial position, B2B business exposure is essential and commodity Sales model exposure is essential.
