Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
- Define and implement the company s commercial vision and strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with group goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage quantity surveying teams to deliver excellence in cost consultancy and client service.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, representing the consultancy at the highest level and securing new opportunities.
- Drive business development initiatives, leveraging strong networking and relationship-building skills across the region.
Financial Oversight
- Oversee the commercial performance of all regional projects, ensuring profitability, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Provide direction on tendering, procurement, and contract negotiation processes.
- Prepare and present financial performance reports to senior management, including forecasts, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
- Manage strategic commercial risk across the company s portfolio.
Professional Quantity Surveying Expertise
- Bring deep technical expertise in cost planning, contract management, and value engineering.
- Oversee commercial delivery of major, complex developments valued in the multi-billion range.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, innovations, and professional standards (RICS).
- Promote efficiency and excellence through continuous improvement and adoption of new methodologies.
