Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract Duties:
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies.
• Conduct tender analysis and manage procurement.
• Prepare bills of quantities and scope documents.
• Support design development with cost advice and value engineering.
• Post-Contract Duties:
• Manage project budgets, variations, and change orders.
• Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Conduct subcontractor evaluations and payment certifications.
• Prepare and manage contract documentation (JCT, FIDIC, etc., depending on region).
• Commercial Management:
• Forecast and report on project financial performance.
• Manage client and subcontractor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Mentor and supervise junior quantity surveyors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
