Estimator ( Offce-Based)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our fit-out division. The candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, reviewing project drawings, and supporting the project and sales teams in pricing and tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze AutoCAD drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare accurate material take-offs, cost estimates, and quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and project proposals.
• Maintain cost records and update pricing databases.
• Work closely with project managers and designers to ensure estimates align with client requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in estimation, preferably in interior fit-out or construction.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read technical drawings.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and fit-out processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software.
• Attention to detail and good analytical skills.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
